Description:
- Lead the clinical QA program for Lifeforce, managing audits of telehealth visits and chart notes.
- Own the Rippit platform for scorecard setup, review workflows, and reporting, while implementing automation for efficiency.
Requirements:
- Active MD, DO, NP, or PA license in good standing.
- 5+ years of clinical practice, including telehealth, and 2+ years in clinical quality work.
- Experience in running a QA program and administering QA platforms like Rippit.
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of preventive and metabolic care.
