• The role is for a Clojure Software Engineer to join the Engineering team and lead initiatives that deliver high-value, customer-facing products.

• The engineer will drive major portions of the engineering roadmap from concept to launch, collaborating closely with product, policy, and commercial stakeholders.

• The main products include Asset Operations, an auto-bidding platform, and Project Simulation, a configurable simulation platform for financial and physical modeling.
• The engineer will primarily focus on Project Simulation while remaining connected to Asset Operations, leading efforts to support additional generation and load sources and expand into new markets.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Proficiency in Clojure and ClojureScript is required.
• A strong enthusiasm for enterprise, product-oriented technical challenges, with a focus on design and exceptional user experiences is necessary.
• The ability to quickly learn new frameworks and a deep understanding of technical domains is essential.
• A passion for working in the clean energy sector is required.
• Preferred skills include experience with Fulcro, Datomic, GraphQL, and Recharts.
