Remote Cloud & AI Security Operations Engineer

Description:

• Responsible for securing NiCE's cloud, productivity, and AI ecosystem.
• Operate and improve security controls across Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Purview.
• Extend security coverage to AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure OpenAI.
• Collaborate with InfoSec, Cloud Architecture, Privacy, and R&D IT to ensure safe cloud and AI adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of hands-on cybersecurity or cloud security experience.
• Strong experience securing Azure infrastructure and workloads.
• Familiarity with Defender for Cloud or similar CSPM/CWPP tools.
• Knowledge of Entra ID security controls and Microsoft Purview capabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, and detection-engineering.
• Scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Interest in AI and GenAI security through projects or research.
