Description:

• Seeking a tenured IT Support professional for the Global Support Center as a L2 Cloud & Infra Engineer.
• Provides first and second-level IT support, primarily for Microsoft Azure and O365, with a focus on Windows Server and infrastructure administration.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years in IT Service Desk, Cloud Support, or Infrastructure Administration, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, with relevant certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900, MS-102).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V/VMware, and core networking.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused approach.
