Responsibilities include assessing on-premises applications for Azure cloud solutions, designing cloud migration plans, selecting Azure services, leading database migration initiatives, managing user security with Active Directory, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating architecture diagrams and technical documentation, conducting performance tuning, and ensuring alignment with security standards.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in cloud-based solution architecture and cloud security, including knowledge of Entra ID, Azure Sentinel, and Azure Information Protection.
Deep knowledge of Azure Cloud and M365 Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse is necessary.
Demonstrated experience in Azure DevOps and Automation, including Azure CLI, PowerShell, ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, and source control using Git is required.
Proven experience with monitoring and performance optimization tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights is essential.
Knowledge of Azure networking and connectivity, including Azure Virtual Network and Azure Application Gateway, is required.
Experience with containerization and microservices, including Kubernetes and Azure API Management, is necessary.
Candidates should have relevant experience with Agile development methodology and managing on-premises PostgreSQL migrations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
