Seeking a Cloud Contact Center Engineer (Webex) to support an international Quick Service Restaurant client.
Responsible for managing complex call routing, number lifecycle, and optimizing Webex Contact Center configurations.

Requirements:

Proven experience with PSTN, SIP, and advanced voice routing concepts.
Hands-on experience with number porting lifecycle and Webex Contact Center administration.
Knowledge of IVR design, queue mechanics, and entry-point routing strategies.
Strong troubleshooting skills in voice infrastructure and cloud contact center ecosystems.
