Description:
We are looking for a Cloud Data Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with data in Azure cloud, confirmed by commercial projects implemented in production.
The candidate should have experience in a Lead Developer/Architect role or similar.
Knowledge of Azure Data services is essential, particularly ADF, Data Lake, Azure SQL Server, Synapse, and Power BI.
A strong understanding of Databricks, especially its latest features such as Delta Live Tables and Unity Catalog, is required.
Familiarity with tools, mechanisms, and processes such as CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Git is necessary.
The candidate must be able to create and modify data models and select the appropriate model for the problem being solved, including DWH, Data Marts, Data Lake, Delta Lake, and Data Lakehouse.
Knowledge of Lambda and Kappa architectures is important.
The ability to build solutions for data analysis in near real-time is required.
Monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting in the cloud should not be a problem, and the candidate should know how to plan infrastructure and calculate its costs.
Knowledge of migrating on-premise solutions to the cloud and understanding basic types of migration is necessary.
The candidate should know how to apply mechanisms related to the secure storage and processing of data in the cloud.
Strategic and analytical thinking, good self-organization, independence, adaptability, communication skills, and proactivity are essential traits.
The ability to mentor and train less experienced individuals and lead activities aimed at their developmental support is required.
The candidate should be comfortable presenting at industry events.
Willingness to travel for business is necessary.
Proficiency in English at an advanced level (minimum C1) is required.

Coordinating the work of engineers involved in creating the solution.
Overseeing the entire project from start to finish.
Engaging in the development of the Data Solutions business line, including recruiting employees, acquiring clients, training, participating in conferences, and mentoring.
