Remote Cloud Engineer - FedRAMP

Description:

• Design and implement security capabilities for FedRAMP’s Key Security Indicators (KSIs).
• Build automation for Security Decision Records (SDR) to deploy capabilities across client environments.
• Develop automated validation and continuous-monitoring evidence for capabilities.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert during client deployments, integrating and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to documentation and compliance artifacts.
• Support new FedRAMP environment builds and modernization of existing ones.

Requirements:

• BS or above in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in cloud, security, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years supporting cloud architecture in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Go, etc.) and automation mindset.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, or similar security frameworks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Required: Associate-level (or higher) certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
