• The Cloud Engineer will join the infrastructure team to advance cloud infrastructure and DevOps principles.
• Responsibilities include iterative improvements for CI/CD pipelines, contributing to the Terraform codebase, and developing cloud infrastructure solutions focused on scalability, high-availability, and security.
• The role involves collaborating with the engineering team and the wider business to find optimal cloud solutions and proposing improvements for the platform and infrastructure.
• Participation in routine security, reliability, and disaster recovery exercises is expected.
• The Cloud Engineer will support development teams in delivering reliable, secure, and scalable solutions and contribute to the implementation of monitoring and observability solutions.

Requirements:

• A passion for cloud infrastructure, security, reliability, and building scalable solutions is essential.
• Candidates should be comfortable wearing multiple infrastructure hats and engaging with various aspects of cloud infrastructure, including ACLs, security services, networking, compute, CI/CD, and deployments.
• Experience in AWS and shipping scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems at large scale is required, ideally with a stack similar to AWS, Cloudflare, Docker in ECS Fargate, Lambdas, and SQS.
