Description:
- Kiratech is seeking a Cloud Native Support Engineer Junior for the Managed Services Team.
- The role involves supporting the operational management and evolution of clients' Cloud Native platforms, handling tickets, analyzing alerts, managing incidents, and automating recurring tasks.
Requirements:
- Technical education in STEM or equivalent practical experience.
- Initial experience with Cloud Native technologies through academic projects or ongoing apprenticeships.
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems, containers, Kubernetes, networking, and troubleshooting principles.
- Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Interest in experimentation with technologies and tools.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Motivation for professional growth in automation, observability, AI, and service management.
