The Cloud Operations and Support Engineer will manage the operational health of the Docebo learning platform.
This role involves solving critical customer-facing issues by coordinating responses across the Docebo product organization.
The engineer will be part of a globally deployed team skilled in handling urgent customer issues and diagnosing technical, operational, and product issues.
In-depth knowledge of the Docebo platform at both architectural and code levels is essential.
The position requires coordination across multiple organizations, including Support and Product teams.
Scheduled work times will include limited shifts on weekends.
The role reports to the Senior Director of Cloud Operations and Support and is hybrid, based in London or remote within the UK.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience with infrastructure management and operations.
A good working knowledge of Linux and Docker, as well as familiarity with the LAMP stack, is required.
Experience with AWS Cloud services is necessary.
Proficiency in Bash or Python scripting is expected.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab CI is required.
Candidates should be familiar with application performance monitoring tools like Datadog and New Relic.
Knowledge of Docker orchestrators such as Amazon ECS or Kubernetes is necessary.
Familiarity with Git is required.
The ability to solve issues using clear methods while knowing when to take intuitive leaps is essential.
