Remote Cloud Platform Support Engineer (Azure Operations)

Description:

• Support and operate enterprise Azure services, including monitoring, incident response, and request fulfillment across Azure networking/security, AKS, AVD, and Azure Monitor.
• Responsibilities include monitoring platform health, resolving incidents, fulfilling access requests, operating AKS and AVD environments, and maintaining operational runbooks.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Azure operations support.
• Strong knowledge of Azure RBAC, networking fundamentals, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and hands-on experience with AKS/AVD.
• Skills in Azure automation using PowerShell/Azure CLI and Azure cost analysis.
