• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs.
• Experience with software development tools and platforms, and comfortable with command line.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and eagerness to learn.
