Remote Community & DevRel Operations Coordinator (India)

Description:

• Horizen Labs is seeking a Community & DevRel Operations Coordinator in India to support Developer Relations initiatives and enhance ecosystem tracking and growth.
• The role involves collaboration with the Ecosystem Growth Lead and the global DevRel team to expand outreach to universities and blockchain clubs, coordinate events, and strengthen the developer ecosystem.
• Responsibilities include supporting developer engagement activities such as workshops, hackathons, and hacker houses, managing event logistics, and community communications.
• The coordinator will capture and repurpose content from events, connect with student developers and community leaders, and track DevRel activities.
• The position requires measuring and reporting on KPIs for developer engagement and supporting operational excellence through scalable processes and structured reporting.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have prior involvement in blockchain/Web3, hackathons, university clubs, and developer communities.
• Experience in community-building is essential, with the ability to connect with groups and organize activities to maintain high engagement.
• Strong organizational skills are required to manage multiple events, partners, and deadlines effectively.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken, are necessary for the role.
• Candidates should be tech-savvy and comfortable with developer culture, even if not deeply technical.
