Remote Conversational AI Chat Bot Developer, Cognigy

Description:

• Develop, test, and deliver the NICE Cognigy software platform.
• Implement NICE Proactive AI Agent, Omilia, and Cognigy software for client projects.
• Enhance conversational chat bot solutions and deliver high-quality software on time.
• Perform system analysis and project management duties.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems and Generative AI solutions.
• 3+ years of software development experience, including JavaScript, Python, and Java.
• 5+ years of JavaScript experience.
• Familiarity with chat bot products like DialogFlow, Kore.ai, Cognigy, Amazon Lex, or Omilia.
• Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and NICE CXone is a plus.
• Strong team player with mentoring abilities and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
