Description:

Design, deploy, and optimize customer-facing agentic workflows using Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX).
Build multi-agent applications with a focus on implementing Code Agents using programmatic SDKs and custom coding.
Work fully remote in the Philippines, supporting US business hours.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in conversational AI solutions or programmatic AI workflows.
Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js, with experience in JSON payloads and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with Git workflows and command-line interfaces.
Experience with Google’s GECX Code Agent tooling and advanced conversational frameworks like Dialogflow CX.
Knowledge of deploying voice agents and integrating with telephony environments.
Understanding of prompt engineering safety protocols and programmatic fallback behaviors.
Experience with BigQuery or Google Cloud Logging for data extraction and performance metrics.
