• PayOS, a new business unit of Stitch, is developing a payment orchestration system for businesses to connect with multiple payment processors and methods.
• CrissCross, an independently run startup under Stitch, is creating a global money movement and FX platform utilizing stablecoin infrastructure for cross-border settlements.
• The Full Stack Engineer will take full ownership of features across the stack and design systems for external clients and the internal trading team.
• Responsibilities include architecting and implementing end-to-end systems, writing clean and maintainable code, collaborating with the product team, participating in Agile ceremonies, and troubleshooting coding issues.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a developer working with business-critical systems.
• Strong backend experience is essential, ideally in typed languages such as C# or Typescript.
• Experience in a cloud-native environment, particularly with Docker, is necessary.
• A solid understanding of modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, version control, testing, and Agile methodologies, is required.
