Description:
- Lead business design and capability roadmap for CE/CX transformation programs.
- Facilitate discovery, define future-state processes, and partner with technical teams for solution delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales, customer service, and CRM operating models.
- Hands-on experience with D365 CE modules and related Power Platform capabilities.
- Ability to facilitate senior stakeholder conversations and produce executive-ready deliverables.
- Experience with agile delivery, process mapping, and measurable business value realization.
- Recommended certifications: MB-280, MB-230, MB-240, PL-200, and/or equivalent D365 CE credentials.
