Remote D365 CE Technical Solution Architect (Technical Lead)

Description:

• The D365 CE Technical Lead / Solution Architect is responsible for the technical design and delivery of enterprise CE/CX solutions across Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
• This role collaborates with various stakeholders to translate business outcomes into scalable Microsoft Business Applications solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse security, integration design, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Ability to communicate technical architecture decisions effectively to diverse audiences.
• Recommended certifications include PL-600, PL-400, PL-200, and relevant D365 CE credentials.
