Description:

  • Creative Chaos is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join their growing team.

  • The role involves working with stakeholders to define their analytical needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • You will perform ad-hoc analysis to support specific projects or business questions.
  • Collaboration with data engineering and IT teams is essential to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • You will present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization is also part of the job.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and conducting data analysis is necessary.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create clear and compelling reports is required.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques is expected.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are essential for this position.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis is a must.
  • Effective communication skills to present insights to non-technical audiences are required.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools is required.
