Acorns is seeking a Data Analyst II to own measurement, analyses, and experimentation across the customer journey.
The role involves designing A/B tests, measuring campaign effectiveness, identifying customer segments, and surfacing insights to influence product and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in product or marketing.
Experience in measurement and experimentation, including designing experiments and analyzing results with statistical methods.
Strong foundation in statistics (hypothesis testing, p-values, confidence intervals).
Familiarity with data tools like Databricks, BigQuery, dbt, Amplitude, Tableau, and Braze.
Proficiency in using AI tools for analysis and automation.
Understanding of user behavior and customer psychology.
