Description:

The Data Analyst, MH&P collaborates with stakeholders in Distribution, IT, and other business areas to manage data flow and transformation in warehouse processes.
Responsible for analysis, configuration, administration, and support of distribution systems, including Körber WMS and SQL databases.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in supply chain or warehouse logistics.
Knowledge of distribution systems and tools, especially SanMar systems like HighJump/Körber WMS.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with strong data visualization and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Experience with statistical analysis and Lean Six Sigma preferred.
Flexibility for off-hours support and occasional travel (up to 10%).

Salary range: $80,170 - $100,000 annually, based on experience.
Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
