Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing complex experiments and extracting actionable insights from large datasets.
  • Proficiency in SQL for terabyte-scale data extraction and transformation, and experience with distributed systems like Spark.
  • Strong Python programming skills for exploratory analysis, custom metrics development, and building internal tools.
  • Understanding of machine learning pipelines, training data quality, and ranking/recommendation metrics.
  • Ability to design metrics that accurately reflect model and product performance, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
  • Experience in data visualization using tools like Tableau or Looker, and the ability to present complex findings clearly to various audiences.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills to influence product and engineering decisions through data storytelling.
  • A product-minded and business-focused approach with a deep curiosity about user behavior and business impact.
