Ontic is seeking a Data and AI Operations Senior Director to lead data-driven decision-making and AI innovation within the organization.
This role involves owning the go-to-market (GTM) tool strategy and orchestrating data and advanced analytics strategies.
The position reports to the VP of RevOps and operates as a strategic partner to GTM teams, working closely with C-Suite and Senior Leadership Teams.
Responsibilities include driving cross-functional alignment with key organizations, advising senior leaders on business decisions, and defining the enterprise-wide analytics and AI strategy.
The role requires the candidate to evangelize a data-driven culture, collaborate with leaders to identify AI and analytics opportunities, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
The candidate will evaluate and implement data platforms, BI tools, and AI frameworks while maintaining an understanding of current trends in analytics and AI technologies.
The position also involves overseeing the development of predictive models, ensuring ethical AI usage, and developing KPIs and dashboards to track the impact of analytics and AI initiatives.
The candidate will prepare executive-level reporting and presentations, build processes for a single source of truth, and establish data governance policies.
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Operations, BI, Analytics, Data Strategy, or Business Transformation is required.
Proven experience in scaling and managing GTM technology platforms, including Salesforce, Clari, Domo, GuideCX, ZoomInfo, and Google Office Suite.
A track record of delivering enterprise-scale analytics or AI initiatives is essential.
Expertise in data science and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and DOMO is required.
Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI applications is necessary.
The candidate must have excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to work with ambiguity and focus on results.
Strong leadership and team-building skills are required, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is mandatory.
