Description:
- Lead the development of the CX data and analytics function at Polymarket, defining key metrics and creating a single source of truth.
- Build data models, diagnose contact rate spikes, and deliver actionable insights to CX leadership.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in analytics or data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Expert in SQL, hands-on dbt experience, and proficiency in a modern BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Proven experience in building analytics functions from scratch and familiarity with customer support data.
- Strong data storytelling skills for executive audiences and ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
- (Plus) Experience with NLP or LLM approaches and background in fintech or trading platforms.
