Remote Data Architect (Big Data)

Description:

• Ryz Labs is seeking a Data Architect to join their team, working with one of their largest clients.
• The role involves designing and optimizing both conceptual and logical database models to meet the client's needs efficiently and securely.
• Responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, implementing robust data strategies, and enhancing system performance.
• The Data Architect will conduct thorough tests, troubleshoot issues, and integrate new components to maintain and improve the data infrastructure.
• This position will cover the Pacific Time Zone and is a full-time contract role that can be performed remotely.

Requirements:

• Expertise in SQL, Python, ERD, GCP, and DBT is essential.
• An in-depth understanding of database structure principles is required.
• The candidate must have expertise in implementing and maintaining data pipelines.
• A deep knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques is necessary.
• The position requires 10+ years of experience in data modeling, with at least 3+ years in Big Data (100TB+).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools is also required.
