Mindex is seeking a Data Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions.
The role involves shaping data strategy and architecture to support analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives.

Requirements:

BS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience required.
8+ years in data engineering or architecture, with 5+ years in modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark).
Strong experience in Python, SQL, PySpark, R for large-scale data processing.
Proven experience in architecting complex data pipelines and cloud-based architectures, preferably in Microsoft Azure.
Experience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
