Remote Data DevSecOps Architecture Lead (100% Remote)

Description:

• Lead a team of 14 Data Architects DevSecOps, coordinating activities and resources based on business needs.
• Ensure adherence to corporate architecture standards and best practices in Data & AI.
• Work 100% remotely from Spain, preferably from Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao, or Zaragoza.

Requirements:

• Over 8 years of experience in Data, Analytics, or Technology Platforms, with at least 5 years in team coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Platforms, Data Engineering, and corporate analytical ecosystems.
• Familiarity with DataOps, DevSecOps, data governance, security, and platform monitoring.
• Experience with Cloud environments, especially AWS, and managing demand and technology portfolios.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• C1 level English for international coordination.
