Remote Data Engineer

Description:

• Own and manage Alt's data infrastructure for pricing models and marketplace insights.
• Ensure data pipelines deliver accurate and timely information for business intelligence.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
• Strong Python proficiency with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
• Experience with large-scale data processing using dataframe technologies (Pandas, Polars, PySpark).
• Hands-on experience with pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster).
• Proven track record of owning a data pipeline end-to-end in the last 2 years.
• Solid SQL skills for data analysis and transformation.
• Previous startup experience and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Pragmatic mindset focused on incremental value delivery.
