Remote Data Engineer

Description:

• Arbor is creating an intelligent electricity marketplace to optimize energy usage and pricing for homes and businesses.
• The Data / Analytics Engineer will manage the data infrastructure that supports pricing decisions and marketplace performance.

Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, preferably in high-growth startups or complex data domains.
• Strong dbt skills for designing maintainable models, solid SQL knowledge, and Python experience for pipeline development.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and familiarity with GCP data services is a plus.
• Experience building dashboards for business stakeholders using tools like Hex or Looker.
• Curiosity about electricity pricing and competitive markets is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance productivity.
