Description:

  • Join Netomi, a leading AI platform for enterprise customer experience, to drive data analyses and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with data science, product, engineering, and customer success teams to benchmark and measure product performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data engineering or backend software development.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow).
  • Strong experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and experience with Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
