Remote Data Engineer

Description:

• Meridia is an AgTech company focused on field data in agri-commodity supply chains.
• The Data Engineer will model, structure, and script data flows, working closely with teams in Indonesia and the Netherlands.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Expertise in building and maintaining scalable ETL/data pipelines, especially for geospatial datasets.
• Proficient in Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., Pandas, Pydantic).
• Solid understanding of data governance, version control (e.g., Git), and data quality assurance.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with GIS scripting and software is an advantage.
