Remote Data Engineer

Description:

• Design, construct, and optimize data pipelines to support various data workflows.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to ensure high data quality and availability for analysis.

Requirements:

• Expertise in data warehousing solutions (BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Proficient in ELT processes and tools (dbt).
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Flink).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with programming languages (Python).
• Familiarity with real-time analytics and data streaming technologies (Kafka, Kinesis).
• Knowledge of data security best practices (encryption, secure data transfer).
• Highly analytical with experience collaborating with data scientists.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in data engineering.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing data pipelines and architectures.
