Requirements:

Deep hands-on experience with TSQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
Proven data migration/ETL experience, especially with legacy or poorly documented schemas.
Ability to reverse-engineer undocumented legacy databases and perform query performance tuning.
Design incremental, idempotent, re-runnable migration processes and handle transaction management.
Conduct data validation and consistency checks, including reconciliation scripts.
Familiarity with SQL Server special data types and automation tools like SQL Server Agent.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
