Description:

Seeking a hands-on Data Platform Architect to lead data and digital transformation at Gravie.
Responsible for defining the technical blueprint for the next generation operational data platform, focusing on unifying data across systems and partners.

Requirements:

8-15 years of experience in architecting large-scale data integrations and streaming pipelines in a cloud environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Kafka, Flink, and Debezium, and understanding of stateful stream processing.
Extensive experience with AWS and deep understanding of data observability concepts.
Prior experience in healthcare with knowledge of HIPAA and ePHI requirements.
Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python; foundational knowledge of JVM-based languages preferred.
Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with experience in venture-backed start-ups.

Salary range: $170,250 - $283,750 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
