Description:
- Junction is building infrastructure for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible and actionable.
- The Data Scientist will own statistical, modeling, and evaluation work across diagnostics and AI-enabled product development.
- This role involves defining methodologies and research roadmaps to leverage data for product and business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-stakes analytical work influencing product or business decisions.
- Strong foundation in statistical inference, experimental design, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R, with experience in large datasets.
- Experience in building predictive models in production environments.
- Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort in a startup environment with ambiguity and high ownership.
