Description:

Seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) to support and optimize mission-critical database infrastructure in a high-availability production environment.
100% remote, full-time contract opportunity for professionals based in Latin America (LATAM), requiring availability during U.S. Central Time (CT) business hours.

Requirements:

3–4 years of hands-on experience in Database Administration, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server and Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL.
Experience with AWS, particularly Amazon RDS and Aurora, and proficiency in Python or PowerShell for automation.
Strong knowledge of database performance analysis, query optimization, and disaster recovery procedures.
English proficiency: B2+, with effective communication skills in technical discussions.
