Remote Database Administrator

Description:

• Serve as the lead administrator for enterprise database, system, and network environments supporting mission-critical operations.
• Design, implement, administer, monitor, and maintain enterprise database platforms and supporting infrastructure.
• Manage database performance, availability, integrity, and security across various environments.
• Support database security and compliance initiatives, and collaborate with network engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot complex database, system, and network issues and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT programs or enterprise technology environments.
• Experience with enterprise database platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of network technologies and ITIL-based operational processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.
