Description:
- BlastPoint is a B2B data analytics startup focused on enhancing customer engagement through data insights.
- The Database Architect / DBA will strengthen the data systems for the SaaS platform, collaborating across various teams to improve scalability and performance.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in database administration, architecture, or backend systems engineering.
- Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and familiarity with cloud-hosted environments (AWS RDS, Aurora).
- Ability to use AI tools for database engineering and analysis.
- Understanding of single-tenant and multi-tenant SaaS architectures, data security, and compliance requirements.

- Base salary range of $130K-160K plus equity in the company.
