Description:

Responsible for managing, designing, and optimizing data-related activities for FSA IAM systems.
Ensures data accuracy, security, organization, and efficient sharing for identity management, reporting, fraud analysis, and system integrations.

Requirements:

8 years of experience in database administration, data modeling, and data engineering.
Proficiency with relational databases, data modeling tools, and ETL processes.
Strong skills in creating and maintaining data models, mappings, and dictionaries.
Experience with secure handling of sensitive identity and PII data.
Knowledge of performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning for databases.
Good understanding of data integration, sharing, and analytics support.
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with development, security, and operations teams.
Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting data and database issues.
Familiarity with federal IT environments and compliance requirements preferred.
