Remote Developer Relations Lead

Description:

• Lead Developer Relations for Flox, acting as the technical and human face to software engineers globally.
• Build integrations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to drive adoption and showcase Flox's capabilities.
• Foster a professional community and help organizations understand the value of reproducible environments.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance the marketing function with an engineer's mindset.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in Developer Relations, software engineering, or solutions engineering roles.
• Strong technical skills in building demos and integrations (Go, Python, Rust, or shell).
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Sales.
• Deep understanding of software delivery, CI/CD, and platform engineering.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• High self-direction and accountability in managing priorities.
