Description:

Act as contact person for customers in operations and software development.
Participate in sprint planning and customer sprint reviews, supporting resource and operational planning.
Handle service requests, platform configurations, and application support.
Prepare changes and support application development, debugging, and performance testing.
Create performance KPIs and support automation, CI/CD workflows, and agile methods.

Requirements:

University degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related technical field.
3 years of experience in automation within a cloud environment.
Proficiency in Application Monitoring, Container Infrastructure, Microservices, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and data analytics tools.
Strong Linux skills and experience with databases (Influx, Mongo, Postgres, MySQL).
Knowledge of network architecture, IAM/Keycloak, and network security standards in Linux and Kubernetes.
English proficiency (B2 minimum); German is an advantage.
