Description:

Develop APIs, services, and data structures for training paths, onboarding flows, and platform automation.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product teams, and offshore teams to ensure stable backend functionality and security.

Requirements:

Experience in backend development with Python, Java, or Node.js.
Ability to design and build APIs and data structures for dynamic learning and onboarding flows.
Understanding of ServiceNow CSM workflows, tables, and integration points.
Familiarity with cloud environments and IaC tools.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting backend issues.
Strong problem-solving skills and B2B or enterprise background is a plus.
English proficiency at B2 level.
