Description:

  • RYZ Labs is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a client developing self-driving robotic carriers for food delivery and service.
  • The role involves developing data platform capabilities and tools for data collection and processing across a fleet of robots and cloud services.
  • Responsibilities include designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and maintaining development infrastructure.
  • The engineer will streamline the software development lifecycle, ensuring efficient and reliable code delivery from development to production.
  • Collaboration with software engineers is essential to help them learn and adopt core cloud management tools and best practices.
  • The position requires developing documentation and training materials and promoting technologies to the broader engineering organization.
  • The engineer will influence architecture and infrastructure decisions within the engineering organization.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of infrastructure development experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is required.
  • Hands-on experience in infrastructure provisioning with Terraform is necessary.
  • Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Linux systems administration and shell scripting experience is a nice to have.
  • Proficiency in Python is also considered a nice to have.
