Description:
- Join a market leader in contact center robotic process automation (RPA) to support deployment, automation, and infrastructure operations.
- Collaborate with DevSecOps, development, QA, and operations teams to enhance deployment processes and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in DevOps or similar role, focusing on deployment automation and infrastructure management.
- Proficient in scripting with Python, Shell, PowerShell, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible.
- Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with Jenkins or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
