Description:

Provide operational support, administration, maintenance, and deployment for the Oracle Siebel CRM platform.
Monitor platform health, manage user access, support deployment activities, and handle incident management.
Fully remote position with a part-time schedule of up to 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week.

Requirements:

Proven experience administering Oracle Siebel CRM platforms and knowledge of its components.
Experience in log monitoring, incident investigation, and user management in Siebel.
Ability to collaborate with technical teams and work under a best-effort support model.
