Description:
- Design and build major new infrastructure components and platforms to support growing needs.
- Lead Kubernetes strategy and implement container orchestration solutions.
- Optimize infrastructure for maximum application performance and reliability.
- Apply AWS knowledge to design scalable, resilient architectures.
- Participate in incident response and lead complex infrastructure resolutions.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Integrate AI tools into infrastructure workflows for automation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement secure infrastructure.
- Design cost-effective infrastructure solutions and mentor other engineers.
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (experience can substitute education).
- 6-8+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, etc.).
- Strong collaborative instincts and communication skills.
