Description:

Workleap is seeking a DevSecOps Lead to embed security into products, pipelines, and development workflows, focusing on CI/CD, C#/.NET applications, Azure, and AI-driven software delivery.
The role involves writing code, building tooling, and collaborating with developers to ensure security is integrated into the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in application security, DevSecOps, or security-focused software development.
Strong software engineering background with deep security expertise, including web application security principles and secure code reviews in C#.
Experience with CI/CD automation, Azure cloud services, and integrating security tools into development workflows.
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and familiarity with authentication protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAuth).

Competitive salary range of $150–180k CAD, adjusted based on local market conditions.
