  • The successful candidate will work closely with a development team of around 40 people, alongside designers, project managers, and clients.
  • Daily responsibilities include collaborating with team members, architecting technical solutions, creating documentation, advising teams for measurable results, enhancing internal processes, maintaining project architecture ownership, and explaining technical concepts to clients.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have more than 5 years of continuous Drupal development experience and technical leadership experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Drupal architecture and APIs is required.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise projects and architecting solutions according to technical requirements is necessary.
  • Candidates should have an approach to creating solutions in Drupal that leverages its contributed ecosystem and minimizes custom solutions.
  • The ability to maintain a high-level view of projects and successfully deliver solutions is essential.
  • Proven experience working with clients and stakeholders on pre-sales scoping and project estimation is required.
  • Candidates must be able to prepare and conduct technical workshops and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
  • The ability to train both technical and non-technical teams on solutions is necessary.
  • Candidates should be able to create and present detailed reports on solutions.
  • Active involvement in the Drupal community, including core contributions and participation in events, is required.
  • Experience in PHP and Drupal development is necessary.
  • A wide range of technical experience, including knowledge of core web technologies, NPM, Webpack, Docker, DevOps, and Gitlab CI/CD, is preferred.
  • Expertise in performance optimization techniques and knowledge of security best practices in web application development is required.
  • Experience in defining and leading quality assurance processes, including automated testing strategies, is a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools like Redmine or JIRA is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French are required, but candidates who are not strong in both languages are encouraged to apply.
