Remote Dynamics 365 Finance &Operations Solution Architect

Description:

• Long View is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions across the organization.
• The role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O functionalities, business processes, and industry best practices.
• Responsibilities include overseeing design, architecture, and implementation of various Dynamics 365 F&O solution components, as well as supporting solution consultants in other technical and business disciplines.
• The architect will design, implement, and support Long View’s Business Application D365 Finance & Operation portfolio by collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to define customer solutions and deliver innovative engagements.
• The position involves working with Marketing, Sales, and Digital Architects to identify growth opportunities and build sales strategies.
• The architect will proactively build a pipeline of opportunities to support territory revenue targets and maximize D365 Ongoing Support & Services delivery value to clients.
• Keeping the team updated on company news and acting as an escalation point for matters related to offerings is also part of the role.
• The architect will provide direction and assistance to team members on handling situations and issues independently.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 10+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum is required.
• Proven skills and background in Dynamics 365 F&O presales and demos are essential.
• The ability to effectively communicate with different audiences, including internal and external stakeholders, in various formats is necessary.
• Proficiency in workshop facilitation, including envisioning workshops and art-of-the-possible sessions, is required.
• Self-motivation and a drive to improve skills and stay relevant in the area of expertise are important.
